If for some reason you need to exchange or return an item, we will accept it up to 14 days after the original delivery.

TO COMPLETE YOUR EXCHANGE, please email hello@yeahbuzzy.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to exchange. We will respond to your email with next steps.

Returns are only offered on orders with an order value over USD 20.00 before tax.

TO START A RETURN, please click here & follow the instructions to access your order history. You can then select the item(s) you would like to return & the reason for return.  From there, we will respond to your request with next steps.

Refunds will only be given once products are returned in full and are in new condition. You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Sale Items, Underwear/Jockstraps & Swimwear that are purchased are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned.
